1. Acceptance period: the Protection Center will make a decision on whether to accept or not within 1-2 working days after receiving the pre-trial case;
2. Time for the first reply (from the decision to accept the application to the first pre-trial opinion): Generally, it takes 2-3 working days to apply for a patent for design, and the longest time is no more than 5 working days; An application for a patent for utility model usually takes 3-5 working days, with a maximum of 7 working days; An application for a patent for invention generally takes 5-7 working days, and the longest time is no more than 10 working days. If there is a backlog of pre-trial cases, the pre-trial cycle may be delayed;
3. Time limit for reply: Generally, the applicant should complete the revision and reply within 2-3 working days. In some pre-trial cases, the pre-trial examiner will point out in the pre-trial notice that a reply is required within 1 working day. If the applicant fails to make amendments within the time limit or fails to reply without reason, it shall be deemed to have withdrawn the pre-trial application; If the applicant receives the notice of pre-examination opinions for the second time and is still unqualified after modification, it shall be deemed as unqualified in pre-examination and a notice of pre-examination unqualified shall be issued.
