The second legal issue is that Article 219 of the Criminal Law may be violated:
One of the following infringements of trade secrets has caused heavy losses to the right holder of the trade secrets If the consequences are particularly serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than seven years, and also to a fine:
(1) For theft , inducement, coercion or other improper means to obtain the business secrets of the right holder;
(2) Disclose, use or allow others to use the business secrets of the right holder obtained by the means mentioned in the preceding paragraph;
(3) Violating the agreement or violating the obligee's requirements for keeping trade secrets, disclosing, using or allowing others to use the trade secrets in his possession.
Whoever knowingly or should have known about the acts listed in the preceding paragraph, obtains, uses or discloses the trade secrets of others shall be deemed to have infringed the trade secrets.
The term "trade secrets" as mentioned in this article refers to technical information and business information that is not known to the public, can bring economic benefits to the right holder, is practical, and has been kept secret by the right holder.
The rights holder mentioned in this article refers to the owner of the trade secret and the user of the trade secret with the permission of the owner of the trade secret.

For example, whether the drawings have been patented, or whether the machine manufactured according to the drawings has been patented or utility model, and whether the manufacturer has also applied for a patent. Other suppliers provide machine drawings, etc. The key is identification.
