Lu Boqiang, born in 1962, is the chairman of Shenzhen Nuopoxin Agrichemical Co., Ltd. and a senior agronomist. He once served as associate researcher, deputy director and director of the Fruit Tree Research Institute of Shenzhen Agricultural Science Center (during which he went to Shizuoka and Tokyo, Japan for technical training). Vice Chairman of China Pesticide Industry Association, Executive Director of China Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairman of Guangdong High-tech Industry Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Guangdong Pesticide Industry Association.
In 1985, he was mainly responsible for the "Lychee Summer Planting Technology" project to overcome the problem of lychee summer planting in the fruit tree industry; Research" project, the results were identified and evaluated as "pioneering progress in mite control research";
