Zhang Rujing did it. In 2000, Zhang Rujing came to the United States alone to recruit returned talents. There, he launched a large-scale lecture and presided over many lectures. During the speech, he found that there were many people from China. They all have a heart to return to China, but they don't want to give up their existing treatment. From strong to weak

In 2003, SMIC's operating income reached 360 million yuan, with an alarming growth rate. It has even become the fastest growing chip manufacturing company in the world. Although compared with other large chip industries, it is quite perfect.
In 2004, SMIC successfully surpassed the famous semiconductor companies in Singapore in strength and economic level. However, time is not long. Since 2007, the company's operating income has been declining, and even oppressed by threats from abroad, leading to patent disputes and so on. In 2009, Datang Holdings became the largest shareholder of SMIC, and in the same year, Zhang Rujing left SMIC.
