Qilu brand polypropylene adopts patented Spheripol technology of Himont Company (now Montell Company) in the United States. This technology is a combined process of liquid phase double loop reactor and gas phase fluidized bed reactor, which has the characteristics of high catalyst activity, good selectivity and high product isotacticity. With propylene, ethylene, butene-1 and hydrogen as raw materials, more than 40 basic resin brands, such as propylene homopolymer, propylene-ethylene random polymer, propylene-ethylene-butene-1 ternary random polymer, multiphase impact polymer and polyolefin alloy, can be produced by using efficient titanium catalysts. More than 40 kinds of basic resins can be produced by changing the formula of additives. The production capacity is 70,000 tons per year. Physical and chemical properties of the product: Polypropylene is a crystalline polymer with regular structure, a natural granular material, a tasteless, odorless, nontoxic and lightweight thermoplastic resin, and its relative density is 0.90-0.9 1, which is the lightest among general resins. Excellent mechanical properties and good heat resistance. The melting point is about 170℃. Under the action of no external force, 150℃ does not deform, has good chemical stability, is resistant to acid and alkali and organic solvents, does not react with most chemicals, and hardly absorbs water. Polypropylene has the disadvantages of brittleness and poor low-temperature impact strength, but it can be improved by mixing or polymerizing additives. T30S is mainly used to produce monofilaments, stretched films, tube films, salivation films and so on.
