For the high-level overseas talents that Chaoyang District focuses on introducing, one-time rewards will be further increased.

2. High-level overseas talents who come to Chaoyang District to start businesses and pass the evaluation of the Chaoyang Overseas Scholars Center will be given a one-time subsidy of 100,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan.

3. Overseas high-level talents who set up companies in the Pioneer Park for Overseas Students in Beijing (Wangjing), China, will enjoy various preferential policies in the Pioneer Park, including office rent subsidies, independent research and development and achievements. 5. Overseas high-level talent enterprises that carry out activities such as independent innovation and research and development, patent applications, patent implementation, and energy conservation and emission reduction projects that comply with the relevant policies of Chaoyang District will enjoy the existing policies. Further policy preferences will be provided in terms of R&D investment funding, patent funding and awards, and project subsidies.

6. Protect the intellectual rights and interests enjoyed by overseas high-level talents in terms of proprietary knowledge, technology patents, and scientific research results (including those obtained through cooperation and commissioned research and development); for those who have obtained invention patents, they will be On the basis of the existing reward policy, it will be matched according to a certain proportion.
