The combat uniform you mentioned may be the multi-camera camouflage of CP company.
In 200 1 year, CP Company won the contract to design and manufacture a new generation of personal combat equipment and clothing for the US Army. CP Company submitted its own multi-terrain camouflage-multi-camera camouflage scheme to compete with the general digital camouflage ACU-Army training uniform.
It took two years for the multi-camera camouflage to go from concept to sample, during which I participated in many tests of various terrains including deserts and jungle cities by CP Company and the US Army. At the same time, the company considered many other factors in the design, such as topography, seasonal changes and lighting, in order to continuously improve styles, patterns and colors. MultiCam camouflage basically includes six colors, dark brown, neutral lime-soil brown, khaki green, neutral green, desert powder and bright gray. The fabric is made of 50% nylon and 50% cotton denim (NYCO), which is convenient for logistics management and washing. (Checked scratch-resistant cloth is only available in the new R6 models)
CP Company submitted "Close Combat Suit" (CCU) using multi-camera camouflage to compete for Army Combat Suit (ACU). In all tests, the multi-camera camouflage scheme has good performance. Meanwhile, the US Army, Air Force Special Forces, Marine Corps and Special Operations Forces from Britain, Poland and Taiwan Province participated in the test of multi-camera camouflage. However, due to the cost and patent transfer fee, the multi-camera camouflage lost to the scheme of using gray-white general digital camouflage. Therefore, MultiCam camouflage has no formal military equipment, and only some test photos flow out.
Propper, a large American military uniform manufacturer, is the only version circulating in the market. This is the ACU version of MultiCam camouflage training suit authorized by CP company.
