Practice: 1. Add shredded ginger and 30ml cooking wine to the ribs, knead the ribs with your hands constantly, let the ribs go fishy, let them stand for half an hour, and then pour out the excess cooking wine. Then knock an egg yolk into the ribs to make flour. Continue to knead evenly, grab the ribs evenly, and marinate them for taste. 2.
