Intellectual property infringement
The seller will compensate the buyer for any claim, infringement of patent, design, trademark registration, copyright or other intellectual property rights, use or sale of goods and all costs, expenses and losses. The buyer may take such actions in any legal proceedings or bear any infringement that may take such actions, and this guarantee is not applicable. It's because the seller designs according to the instructions or the buyer uses the products or purposefully, or he doesn't know that the seller has any infringement in a certain country, or just because any goods or joint associations that use such goods are provided by the seller, provided that the buyer is compensated for any claims or litigation threats notified to the seller in writing, or the buyer and the seller have different opinions, and any litigation costs of the buyer may be negotiated, which may lead to and solve claims. The buyer hereby warrants that any design or instruction of the buyer will not cause the seller to infringe the patent, design, trademark registration, copyright or other intellectual property rights under this contract.
