Identification of patent pilot enterprises
This project aims to further promote the intellectual property management of enterprises, promote enterprises in our city to consciously and actively use the intellectual property system, promote enterprises to carry out technological research and innovation, legally monopolize the market and enhance their core competitiveness. Applicants must meet the following reporting conditions:
(1) is legally registered in our city and has the qualification of an independent enterprise as a legal person (self-employed, sole proprietorship, partnership, etc.). Not an independent enterprise legal person);
(2) It has a certain scale of operation, with the annual output value of production enterprises reaching more than100000 yuan, and has strong innovation ability and new product development ability. Enterprises attach importance to the industrialization of patented technology, and the sales of patented products account for more than 30% of the total sales of enterprises; R&D personnel in R&D enterprises account for more than 20% of the total number of employees, and employees with bachelor degree or above 10;
(3) A special intellectual property management institution (department) has been set up, with full-time or part-time personnel in charge of intellectual property management, and a relatively sound intellectual property management system and incentive mechanism have been established;
(4) Patent application volume: 1 invention patent or 5 utility model patents or more than 20 design patents;
(5) The proportion of the funds invested by the enterprise in intellectual property work in the previous year to its total R&D investment is not less than 3%; (6) The enterprise has not maliciously infringed upon the intellectual property rights of others.
