My internship position is the inspection of finished products in the assembly line of CCPBG Group CNP B04. Our product name is SOK, which is a high-end game machine specially made for Japanese enterprises. My post is to complete product inspection, which belongs to the testing department. It is the transition between the assembly part and the post-test part and plays a vital role. My job is to take the product to be inspected off the assembly line, then put it on the finished product inspection fixture, pull the handle and start the power supply. After the products to be inspected enter the inspection screen, I will follow the prompts in the screen and strictly follow the SOP until the passing screen appears. Then turn off the power supply, take the inspected object out of the finished product inspection fixture and put it back into the assembly line. In the process of inspection, various undesirable phenomena may occur. If 72-008-20 1 indicates that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced, it must be turned off during this process. If other codes appear, you need to write a disability ticket, and fill in the disability ticket in detail according to the company's requirements. For example, on 25-004-205, just fill out the defective ticket and send it to repair!

At first, when I first entered the workshop, everything in the workshop was strange to me. The working environment of the workshop is good, but there are many people and the workshop is very large, 1000 square meters. Present in front of you

On the first day I started working in the workshop, I was assigned a task by a long-term versatile worker in the line. The task assigned to me is to study and complete product inspection with an old employee named Yan Liangzhi. According to the method taught by the master, I began to learn to slowly inspect the products with the finished product inspection fixture, paying attention to the operation process and related matters needing attention while inspecting. On the first day of graduation internship, I tested my products in this first job and experienced the feeling of working in the society for the first time. Familiar with the working environment of the workshop while working.
As a student who works in the society for the first time, he is very strange to all aspects of society and work unit. At first, I didn't know much about the rules and regulations of the workshop, the operating rules of safe production and the relevant matters needing attention in the work, so I read the employee handbook sent to us by the internship unit and asked the master and employee colleagues in the thread to understand the relevant matters in the work. Through their help, I have a certain understanding of the situation in the workshop, the production and assembly of products and the inspection of products. The workshop works in two shifts (Class A and Class B). The working hours of the two shifts are from 7: 00 am to 7: 00 pm, and from 7: 00 pm to 7: 00 am. All employees in the workshop must abide by the commuting system.

After getting familiar with the environment of the workshop, I began to feel a little nervous and gradually calmed down. I go to the factory on time every day during my work. Before going to work, I went to the designated place to wait for the assistant line leader to convene a meeting of employees, emphasize the relevant matters in my work and assign us work tasks. After defining the task, I have to do some preparatory work before work, so I went to the tool storage area of our station to find some related appliances (such as defective tickets, finger covers, anti-static gloves, wristbands, product identification sheets, etc.). ). At the position of the machine, operate normally according to the operation flow in SOP (Employee Work Instruction). I use the fixture needed for work to detect the products on the assembly line, and put the detected products back on the assembly line for the next process. In addition, in the work, the tested products sometimes appear abnormal (such as color screen, black screen, no card reading, power failure, etc.). ). In case of the above situation, the defect ticket should be filled in according to the prescribed procedures and handed over to the offline personnel for maintenance.
It is difficult to detect some products at work. The first inspection may be NG, which requires four other inspections. In these four inspections, if NG appears once, it will be regarded as defective, and it cannot be put back into the assembly line like a good product, so it needs to be put in a designated place separately. In order to improve the detection efficiency and avoid NG, I communicated with my colleagues at the same station and asked them for simple and quick detection methods and skills. Using the operation methods and skills introduced by them, we can slowly learn to detect this difficult product and experience the effect of detecting the product. At the same time, maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude in handling is also conducive to improving work efficiency. In the usual work process, we should also constantly explore effective methods and skills for testing products. Sometimes I don't quite understand how to test rocker keys efficiently at the rocker key testing station. At this time, I will learn from my colleagues and ask them for the correct test method of rocker keys. In addition, I can also ask quality control (quality manager) to produce and test products according to the requirements provided by quality control.

After a period of finished product inspection, rock key inspection, LCD &；; The key point is that the study of TP correction and product aging has made me more familiar with the whole process of product testing in the workshop. Familiar with some common bad phenomena and codes, the recognition of bad products has also improved, and the efficiency of testing products has also been continuously improved. During my work, I will accept the tasks assigned by the line leader, deputy line leader and all-round worker, and do my homework carefully in my own work area. When you encounter some minor problems and difficulties, try to solve them yourself first. When the problems are big and difficult to solve by yourself, report the situation to the line leader and all-round workers and seek their help. With their help, the problems that appeared were quickly solved, and I sometimes learned to use their methods and skills to deal with some simple problems, and gradually improved my ability to solve and deal with problems. In the process of solving the problem, we also constantly explore ways to solve the small fault of fixture. In this way, my self-confidence in my work has been continuously enhanced, and my enthusiasm for work has also been improved.
On the basis of ensuring product quality, do our best to improve work efficiency, and there is no major fault in the fixture used. Try to make the number of products produced meet the requirements of class production in order to complete the production task. Every time before coming off work, clean up the hygiene of your work area, put the garbage into garbage bags and put them in the corresponding places, and tidy up the desktop and electrical appliances on the ground. In this way, all the work of the day is completed, alas! This task is even more arduous!
