Matters needing attention
Before 1. filling, the consumption per unit time should be calculated according to the diesel output (calculated by the filling amount of 1000ppm, it is 1000 ton diesel oil and 1 ton diesel pour point depressant).
2. Pump the diesel oil of the device with the dosage of diesel pour point depressant of 10- 15 times into the storage tank (the suitable oil temperature is 40-60℃) and start pneumatic stirring.
3. After heating the diesel pour point depressant in the heating chamber to have good fluidity, pump it into the storage tank, then adjust the measuring range of the metering pump and inject it into the diesel pipeline while stirring (it is better if there is a static mixer on the pipeline).
4. Don't configure the next tank until it is used up. It is forbidden to mix water all the time.

From 65438 to 0937, polymethacrylate became the first patented polymer pour point depressant. Since then, a variety of synthetic pour point depressants have appeared, such as small molecular chlorinated paraffin, middle and high molecular weight polymers such as polyacrylate, styrene acrylate polymer, esterified olefin or styrene maleic anhydride polymer, alkylated polystyrene and vinyl fumarate polymer.
In fact, pour point depressants will not change the temperature at which wax crystallizes from liquid, nor will they reduce the crystallization of wax. Its function is to crystallize with wax, thus changing the crystallization mode of wax. Because the wax crystal is blocked by pour point depressant molecules, the wax crystal can no longer form a three-dimensional structure and will not affect the flow.
