How to apply for an electronic business license?
The first acquisition of electronic business license can only be completed by the legal representative of the enterprise through mobile terminals such as mobile phones. Step 1: When downloading an electronic business license through a mobile APP or applet, you need face recognition first, and you can download the license only after the face recognition is passed. Step 2: After the face recognition is passed, the currently downloadable electronic business license will be displayed, but the downloaded license will not be displayed. Select the license to download, enter the contact number and check the License Download Statement to complete the license download. After the legal representative of the enterprise receives the mobile phone version of the electronic business license, he may keep, hold and use the electronic business license by himself or by authorizing the license management personnel. The legal representative or license management personnel of the enterprise may authorize the agent to handle relevant government affairs, commerce, public services and other businesses with the electronic business license. After authorization, license administrators and clerks can download and use electronic business licenses. The application platform of electronic business license mainly includes the functions of identity identification, online lighting, annual photo-taking, file inquiry, credit information, e-commerce, electronic contract, comprehensive application and network supervision. One of the highlights worth mentioning is the function of e-commerce. Many e-commerce companies can provide electronic business licenses to third-party websites for real-name authentication, which is more convenient than before.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company.
