Daikin Industrial Co., Ltd. of Japan is a multinational enterprise active in air conditioning, fluorine chemistry, electronics, hydraulic machinery and other fields. Founded in 1924 and headquartered in Shibei District, Osaka Prefecture. 1969, Daikin first invented the household VRV central air conditioner, 1982, and successfully developed the commercial VRV central air conditioner. After decades of continuous development and innovation, the commercial VRV system has sold 600,000 sets worldwide and obtained 856 patents. In 2003, China Daikin Fluorine Chemical (China) Co., Ltd., the fourth global fluorine chemical production base of Daikin, was officially put into production. Daikin has 5,000 products in air conditioning and refrigeration.
