What does mfr mean?

MFR is the abbreviation of melt mass flow rate, which refers to an index of the average molecular size and flow performance of thermoplastic resin materials. It can be tested by a melt mass flow rate tester, and the experimental method is carried out in accordance with GB/T 3682-2000 (ISO1133) or ASTM D1238.

In industrial automation process control, the flow, temperature, and pressure of pipeline media are regulated. In particular, small flow and micro flow adjustment have always been difficult points in industrial automation process control.

Due to their large size and weight, traditional industrial control valves are structurally unable to realize the function of regulating small flow rates, and the seals of traditional control valves cannot meet zero leakage standards.

After R&D and improvement, MFR’s new patented technology can achieve the multi-functional purpose of micro flow adjustment and switch cut-off. It realizes a new function that integrates the regulation of flow, temperature, pressure and other media and the switch and cutoff (zero leakage, double-sided spherical seal) function.

At the same time, the volume and weight of the regulating valve (regulating device) are greatly reduced, and the adaptable range is further expanded to the industrial control range that was originally not involved. For example: in a small space, it cannot be installed due to space constraints. Together with PPD positioning technology, it constitutes a new technology of high-precision micro-flow regulation.
