Is it necessary to submit the revised replacement document when the patent is amended, even if only one word can be changed in the amendment?

For three kinds of inventions and new designs, the original words in the correction guide are: "If the applicant makes corrections to the patent application, it shall submit the correction book and the replacement page of the corresponding revision document". For more information, see the first part of the guide.

The second modification is usually made on the replacement page of the first modification.
