8. Install the fixed brake caliper bracket and tighten the fixing screw. The tightening torque is 110Nm. 9. Apply brake pad ointment. In order to avoid damaging the surface coating, try not to clean the brake pad guide surface on the brake caliper bracket mechanically. Instead, clean it with detergent, and then apply a thin layer of BMW part number: 83192158852 (100 gray) brake friction pad paste

10. Check the brake fluid level and use a special tool to reset the brake cylinder. Before starting, the brake fluid level must be checked. If the position is too high, excess brake fluid must be drained out. Otherwise, the brake fluid will overflow and corrode other parts and paint surfaces during expansion.
