When steaming vermicelli, first boil the water in the steamer, and then spread a soaked white steaming cloth on the steamer. Steamed cloth should be flat and close to the steamer. The production of dried rice noodles is as follows: the vermicelli is spread on the bamboo curtain after radiation, turned once to dry both sides evenly, folded into strips when it is half dry, and then dried in the sun. Take rice as raw material, add water and grind it, and then use a steamer. , spread in Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other regions. Become a major folk snack.
In different areas, they are called vermicelli, river rice noodles, Bula rice noodles, vermicelli strips, rice noodles and rice noodles. The more famous ones are Guangzhou Shahe powder, Xinyi eating habitual mouth fishing powder, Zhongshan soup powder and so on.
