Scientific and Technological Progress of Qilu Petrochemical Company

I. Remarkable achievements have been made in tackling key technical problems and developing new products. First, 20 new products were developed throughout the year, and 22 scientific research achievements passed the appraisal at or above the provincial and ministerial level. The technology and technology of full vacuum residue catalyst and the development and application of sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst in large-scale ammonia plant won the national science and technology progress award. The group company granted 32 patents and 18 scientific and technological progress awards. Among the new products developed, the insulation material of communication cable has been upgraded to domestic cable special material, and the second generation olefin reduction catalyst has been applied in Yanshan Petrochemical Company. The proportion of synthetic resin special material reached 60%, and the fiber differentiation rate reached 27.5%. Second, all three key projects of the Group Company's "Ten Dragons" were "out of the dragon", and industrial tests such as localization of 80,000 tons of sulfur recovery unit, localization of 600,000 tons of continuous reforming unit and improvement of refining recovery rate of acrylonitrile unit all passed the appraisal of the Group Company. The third is to improve the management mode, develop and put into use the company's office automation management system.

Second, remarkable progress has been made in technological transformation. New continuous reforming and hydrocracking units were built and put into operation; The cracking unit of olefin plant completed the transformation of 1# cracking furnace, and the preliminary work of ethylene phase II reconstruction and expansion project and high sulfur coke oil replacement project was accelerated; Second, the preliminary design of catalytic conversion to heavy oil was completed; The technical transformation of hydrogen production from natural gas was implemented. Some technical transformation projects in this factory have been completed one after another. Among them, the transformation of DCS in the combined plant improved the automatic control level of oil refining production, the transformation of acrylonitrile plant increased the oil refining recovery rate by 3.2 percentage points, the transformation of acrylic acid plant increased the annual production capacity of 9000 tons, and the transformation of catalyst molecular sieve roasting system significantly improved the product yield and quality. The Yellow River Diversion Project was formally connected to the grid for water supply, which provided a strong guarantee for the company's sustainable development. The joint-stock company's modified resin development project was completed and put into operation in Zibo High-tech Development Zone.

Third, the survival ability of the surviving parts and collective enterprises has been enhanced. First, carefully prepare the company's high-sulfur coke oil replacement project, which has been approved by the group company and entered the stage of compiling bidding documents and preliminary design at the end of the year. Second, the Tenth Five-Year Development Plan of collective enterprises was compiled, and the Xinlian polyethylene catalyst project, Qihua organotin project, rhodium catalyst project, cellulose acetate butyrate project and Qi Xiang methyl ethyl ketone project were successively completed and put into operation, which cultivated a number of new benefit growth points. Third, actively carry out joint ventures and cooperation, and establish joint ventures with Eastman Company of the United States for isobutyraldehyde downstream products. Complete the feasibility study report, joint venture contract and related agreements by the end of the year.
