The Anno 1800 skyscraper needs to be available in the last DLC of the third season, "High Life". You can directly use the skyscraper module to build it.
A booming population requires lots of housing, and there's no better way to maximize space than building skyscrapers. High Life's skyscrapers are available to investors and engineer citizens and can be upgraded to level 5 (level 3 for engineers). Each upgrade will increase the height of the skyscraper, the maximum population, and the number of people required.
For the first time in Anno 1800, players will build upwards, using the various combinations provided by the modular system to customize their buildings. High Life also introduces a massive new monument: Skyline Towers, inspired by some of the world's most famous skyscrapers.
