Can the invention of magic props be patented?

Invention is the process and result of applying the laws of nature to solve unique problems in the technical field and proposing innovative solutions and measures. Products are invented to meet people's daily needs. Divided into useful inventions and useless inventions. The results of inventions either provide unprecedented models of artificial natural objects, or provide new processes and methods for processing and production. Innovations and transformations in machinery, equipment, instrumentation and various consumer products, as well as related manufacturing processes, production processes and detection and control methods, are all inventions. From the perspective of patent law, magic props belong to the scope of products, and they may be closer to new products. However, new products can generally be protected by patent law, but magic props cannot be patented. The essence of a patent is to protect the interests of the patentee for a certain period of time for the benefit of the whole society. Once a magic prop is patented, its secret must be disclosed to the public. After the magic is disclosed, it will no longer be mysterious, and the magician's performance will naturally have no audience. This means that magic props cannot be protected by patents.
