At present, the domestic coke pushing cars for top-loading coke ovens are in 5-2 series sequence, that is, the horizontal distance between the coke pushing rod and the flat coal rod is equal to the distance between the five carbonization chambers of the coke oven. For example, when pushing the first hole, the coal leveling operation can be performed on the fifth hole. This greatly shortens the operation time of coke pushing, is also the most scientific order of coal loading and coke pushing, and also facilitates the preparation of coke pushing plan. The main mechanical components of the top-loading coke oven coke pusher include the coke pushing rod, the coal leveling rod, the door opening device, the oven door cleaning device, the head and tail coke scrapers, the remaining coal funnel, etc. The largest mechanical component of the coke pusher is the coke pusher rod. Generally, domestic coke oven vehicles are designed and manufactured by Dalian Heavy Industry Crane Group. The steel type of the coke pusher rod is also relatively special and can withstand high temperatures. The coal leveling pole is located on the 3rd floor platform, on the same floor as the operating room, and is used to level the coal. The general operation steps of pushing the coke cart are as follows: walk to the furnace hole to be pushed, wait for the alignment of the coke blocking cart and the coke quenching cart to be completed, and lift the door at the same time as the coke blocking cart. Then push the focus, and then withdraw the focus push lever. During the coke pushing process, the furnace door cleaning mechanism will horizontally rotate the furnace door 90 degrees to the right, and the cleaning scraper will clean the furnace door from bottom to top. After the coke push rod returns to its position, the furnace door frame cleaning mechanism cleans the graphite, tar and other debris on the furnace door frame to ensure the sealing performance of the furnace door frame. Then swing the oven door to the left and hang the door. The coal leveling operation can be performed while pushing coke. There is a door opening device in front of the coal leveling rod of the coke pushing car. The small furnace door is opened, and the coal leveling rod extends into the carbonization chamber for coal leveling. When the coke pushing rod returns from the carbonization chamber, due to the taper design of the carbonization chamber, a part of the tail coke will be brought out. The tail coke will fall into the tail coke scraper groove with water, and will be scraped by the tail coke scraper to the collection funnel and then unloaded. Transport it to the tail coke collection box. The coal brought out during coal leveling falls into the remaining coal hopper and is re-added to the coal tower through the remaining coal hopper elevator to continue coking. The coke pushing car is also equipped with a compressed air cleaning device, and the compressed air cylinder is generally installed next to the traveling motor of the coke pushing car. As for other automated control systems and backup diesel generator sets, etc., they are also indispensable.
As for the automatic alignment of the coke cart, Dalian Heavy Industry has its own set of software, and MCC Jiao Nai also has its own software, providing double insurance. The alignment device generally relies on an encoder, and the code wheel is installed between the running wheels of the focus push car.
The structure of the coke pusher for tamping coke ovens is basically the same as that of the coke pusher for roof-mounted coke ovens, but there is an extra tamping tank. When loading coal, the coke pusher is used to tamp the coke pusher. The briquettes are pushed to the carbonization chamber to complete the coal loading.
