If I apply for a patent for my invention, have already produced the product, and later transfer the patent rights, can I still continue production? Is it considered infringement?

Article 60 of the Patent Law stipulates: Implementing the patent without the permission of the patentee shall infringe the patent right.

Article 21 stipulates: No unit may exploit its patent without the permission of the patentee, that is, it shall not manufacture, use, offer for sale, sell, or import its patented products for production and business purposes. Or use its patented method and use, offer for sale, sell, or import products directly obtained according to the patented method.

From the above, you can know that within the validity period of the patent, due to the transfer of patent rights, the patentee has changed. Without the permission of the new patent holder, you no longer have the right to implement the patent.
