Matters needing attention in the exhibition

1, intellectual property protection

All exhibits involving trademarks, patents, copyrights and quality certification must obtain legal rights certificates or use license contracts. Organizers strongly urge exhibitors not to exhibit samples with unknown intellectual property rights. If there is an intellectual property dispute at the scene, the organizer has the right to ask the exhibitors to withdraw the exhibits with intellectual property disputes.

2. Construction period (March 5, 2065, 438+08)

If your company needs to temporarily rent additional exhibition equipment at the exhibition site, please go to the organizer's on-site office (with a detailed location map) to apply for adding it. All on-site additional services will be subject to a 50% surcharge.

During the construction period, please put your empty boxes and wastes on your booth temporarily, not on the aisle or on other booths. After the exhibition, please dump the garbage in the trash can outside the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall.

The staff of the exhibition management will inspect at any time, and offenders will face high fines. Please pay attention!

3. Development period (March 6-8, 1965, 438+08)

During the development period, please clean up the garbage in time and keep the booth and passage clean and tidy. Please consciously dump the booth garbage and waste into the trash can outside the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall after closing the museum every day.

4. Exhibition period (2065438+March 8, 2008)

Note: During the exhibition and the last day of the exhibition (before 18: 00), exhibitors are not allowed to leave the exhibition or disassemble/package the exhibits in advance. Offenders will be fined.

After the exhibition, you can leave the domestic garbage and general waste in the booth, but for special garbage and waste (such as oversized and overweight), you need to apply to the garbage removal department of the exhibition hall for removal service in advance.

Please protect your exhibits and personal belongings consciously during the withdrawal of the exhibition. The organizer is not responsible for the theft of exhibits and personal belongings during the withdrawal of the exhibition.
