Recently, the National Engineering Research Center of Beijing Jiaotong University Rail Transit Operation Control System (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Jiaotong University Rail Transit Engineering Center") released the "Huawei WLAN System High-speed Scene Laboratory Test Report". According to the Report, Huawei and the Rail Transit Engineering Center of Beijing Jiaotong University jointly completed the urban rail service carrying capacity test of the parking lot Wi-Fi 6 communication system under the scene of 350km/h high-speed movement. The test results show that the bandwidth of the train reaches 980Mbps when it runs at 350km/h, which fully reflects Huawei's leading position in the field of urban rail vehicles Wi-Fi 6.
According to the report, in order to verify the availability of Huawei's urban rail transit Wi-Fi 6 network in high-speed mobile scenes, the rail transit engineering center of Beijing Jiaotong University is at the speeds of 120km/h, 160km/h, 200km/h, 260km/h and 350km/h respectively. Using the product combination of Huawei AirEngine X760R-XXE wayside AP and AirEngine 6760-5 1EI vehicle-mounted AP, this paper tests the carrying capacity of Huawei urban rail transit Wi-Fi 6 network to train passenger information system (PIS) and video services.
Urban rail transit speeds up and enters the era of "fully automatic operation"
