National stage:
PCT applications with China National Intellectual Property Administration as the acceptance bureau are exempt from application fees and application surcharges;
The PCT application for international search report submitted by China National Intellectual Property Administration will reduce the substantive examination fee by 50%;
PCT applications for international search reports and international preliminary examination reports submitted by China National Intellectual Property Administration are exempt from substantive examination fees;
PCT applications for international search reports are made by the European Patent Office, the Japanese Patent Office and the Swedish Patent Office, and the substantive examination fee is reduced by 20%.
