The purpose of the English Level 4 exam is to promote the implementation of the college English teaching syllabus, to objectively and accurately measure the English ability of college students, and to improve our country’s Teaching quality services in college English courses. The College English Test is based on the two "College English Teaching Syllabus" for undergraduates in science and engineering and undergraduates in liberal arts and sciences.
