Kaitai copper joint
Since the aluminum-plastic composite pipe was mainly used in floor radiant heating system and directly connected with the heating system at the beginning of its invention, the manufacturers in Germany, Canada and Israel did not invent and produce joints at the beginning of its establishment and production. Kaitai Company takes the lead in promoting aluminum-plastic composite pipe in water supply and gas supply industry, and joints must be used. Kaitai copper joint has three grooves and a C-shaped copper ring. The upper and lower grooves are provided with silica gel rings, and the middle groove is reserved. After tightening the nut, press the C-shaped copper ring on the outside of the aluminum-plastic pipe, so that the pipe is twisted at the joint and the inner pe is squeezed into the reserved groove. After thermal expansion and cold contraction, water leakage can be well guaranteed due to the buffering effect of the reserved groove. The upper and lower silica gel rings are closely combined with PE in the pipeline to stop water. Under such double protection, the copper joint can be guaranteed to be foolproof and watertight. Because of the unique design of Kaitai copper joint, our joint structure is called "labyrinth" internationally, which is recognized as the best joint design in aluminum-plastic composite pipe.
Kaitai copper joints are all made of 6 1% copper alloy, and the main body is forged with hexagonal copper bars or formed on automatic lathe to ensure excellent strength of copper joints. C-type copper ring and silicone ring are imported from Taiwan Province Province. The copper ring is clamped flat with pliers to ensure that it will not break. The precision error of copper joint should not exceed 0.65438 0 mm.

Crosslinked high density polyethylene aluminum pipe -PEX aluminum pipe
Kaitai cross-linked high-density polyethylene aluminum-plastic pipe adopts the cross-linked raw materials of Panadaplast company in Italy, and the high-quality cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) produced by this company is few in the world. The interlayer adopts aluminum tape from Corus company in Canada, and the adhesive comes from Equistar company in the United States. And the five-layer structure of Germany is adopted for one-step molding automatic assembly line production. It truly conforms to the international regulations on the cross-linking degree of heating pipes. Ketai pipes can be as high as 69.2, while the national standard only requires 65. Therefore, Kaitai hot water pipe is an aluminum-plastic pipe that can really withstand normal temperature of 95℃, instantaneous high temperature 1 10℃ and low temperature-100℃ and can be used for 50 years.
The degree of crosslinking can be determined by field baking. The tube is baked on a flame with any form of fire for about 30 seconds (depending on the firepower). After the pipe is softened, peel off the outer layer of pe with cloth or gloves. Kaitai's hot water pipe is made of crosslinked polyethylene. Because PE has been crosslinked, the outer layer of PE can be peeled off piece by piece. However, domestic general brands of hot water pipes are not crosslinked or have a very low degree of crosslinking, and PE will dissolve into paste and will not form when peeled off, just like Kaitai cold water pipes.
The length of Ketai pipe can reach 100m, and it can be bent when installed, so it has the characteristics of saving building materials when used in heating system.
