Invention overview: Usually, converting coal into gas and then using the gas to obtain water steam requires two sets of equipment to complete the whole process. , the coal-fired gasification steam boiler is a device integrating a gas generator and a boiler. Utilize brown, low-quality coal to treat gas, transfer the gas to the combustion chamber, and burn its own water jacket to become a vertical tube boiler, which directly generates 0.4Mpe steam for industrial use and civilian use.

The boiler has a novel design and originality, and has the following characteristics:

1. The chimney does not emit black smoke, all indicators meet the requirements, and the environmental protection problem is solved.

In 1998, he was awarded the title of “Advanced Individual with Ideals and Contributions” by Shenyang City. In 1985, he designed and developed a core-removing autoclave and won the third prize of the company's scientific and technological achievements. In 1987, he developed a life-extending silicon carbon rod and won the second prize of Liaoyang City Science and Technology Achievement Award. In 1989, the invention of the process of recycling emery from waste mold shells won the third prize of Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of Cangzhou District Science and Technology Progress Award. In 1990, he designed and developed a new dewaxing autoclave and won the company's second prize for scientific and technological achievements. In 1997, he designed and developed two sets of plasma spraying and flame spraying equipment to assist Iran, both of which won the first prize for scientific and technological achievements of the company. In 1999, it also developed a main fuel main pipe rotary vacuum needle welding furnace, which filled the domestic gap and won the first prize at the same time. In addition to the above awards, he has also won many key research and project awards.
