The third generation 7DCT gearbox, code 300S, has now entered the mass production stage. The complete production and testing system established by Great Wall will continue to be applied to the production of 7DCT 300S transmission. It is expected that all the wire body transformation will be completed before July, and the annual production capacity of more than 750,000 units will be planned later.

Compared with the previous generation, 7DCT 300S is more efficient, compact and miniaturized, and has the advantage of high cost performance. It is mainly equipped with 1.5T engine models. At the same time, Great Wall Motor's third-generation high-torque 7DCT 400S product is expected to be mass-produced by the end of this year, which will replace the second-generation 7DCT 450 product and match the 2.0T engine.

7DCT 300S has the characteristics of miniaturization and small torque, and the maximum load torque is 300n·m, which meets the requirements of entry-level and compact models. At the same time, the shift is smooth, and the intelligent shift realizes fast response; The comprehensive efficiency of the whole container is greater than 96%; Rich software functions, strict endurance test and quiet NVH design; It has a very flexible hybrid expansion function. At present, its software and hardware have the mixed support capability of P0 and P4.

7DCT 300S has achieved a high degree of autonomy. Compared with 7DCT 450, the whole box layout structure and ultra-thin synchronizer system with independent patent technology are adopted, and the axial size is shortened by 3%. The core component 100% adopts independent patent technology and will be equipped with self-developed dual clutch module and hydraulic control module.
