During the production of three strip transformers on Wenfeng East Road, there was no technical communication with the construction party and no detailed review of the drawings provided by Party A, which led to the box-type transformer shell not meeting the requirements of the other party. This lesson must be learned in future production. In the technical disclosure, we must not miss any existing problems, so that the things in doubt cannot be vague, and we must ask each other clearly before production.
Product quality is the lifeline of an enterprise. Without good product quality, the vitality of an enterprise cannot last long, let alone develop to a higher level. I think the quality of the company's products needs to be improved at present, whether it is production or installation, there is a large turnover of personnel and many green hands; The overall quality of workers is low, which will directly affect the product quality of the company. At present, there are no strict quality standards in each workshop, no one monitors the product quality, and there are still a lot of workshops that ignore the quality in order to catch up with the progress. At present, it is impossible to fundamentally improve the product quality by relying on the technical department to inspect the factory. Product quality should start from the production workshop, and each workshop should be inspected by a special person. Unqualified products cannot flow to the next workshop. The next workshop has the right to return the unqualified products of the previous workshop; The products will pass the quality inspection of the company before leaving the factory. Only when they are qualified can they leave the factory, so as to ensure the quality. The workshop director of each workshop is the first person responsible for quality and is responsible for the quality of semi-finished products and finished products in this workshop. Unqualified products cannot be transferred downwards. At present, due to various reasons, our products are often unable to be delivered on time. I think this is a serious problem. After attending the training course of technical innovation method and triz theory in Laigang in August, we summarized it and communicated with leaders to promote the popularization of this theory in steel mills. Participated in organizing two training courses on technical innovation methods and triz theory in steel mills. 122 middle-level cadres and engineers systematically learned how to use triz theory to solve practical problems in production, making steel mills the first unit in Laigang to systematically carry out triz theory training. On the 9th day after the training, combined with the production technology of H-beam, using the material field theory and knowledge base, a device for preventing steel surface corrosion by adding a field and a substance was invented and patented, which was well received by leaders and experts and professors. This patent became the first patent in Laigang to use triz theory to solve problems. Through the above work, the technical innovation method and triz theory training of iron and steel plant have become the typical examples of Laigang.

Solidly carry out all aspects of patent application to create a good atmosphere, and urge comrades to actively declare. In terms of delivery, the goods are delivered in strict accordance with the actual receiving quantity filled in the picking list of each workshop; When warehousing, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data according to the varieties, specifications and actual received quantity on the delivery note, so as to facilitate the procurement to know the picking situation of the workshop and the inventory situation of the warehouse in time, and to facilitate the procurement to pick up the goods in time and prepare the goods accordingly. Mark and sign the delivery note that has been entered into erp and the picking note that has been delivered out of the warehouse to avoid repeated delivery and receipt. Although there are occasional mistakes, they can be adjusted in time.
In addition, after inspecting the variety and quantity of goods at each property management receiving point, the raw material inspection report is written according to the actual receiving manufacturer, variety and quantity, and submitted to the incoming inspection personnel for inspection.
Although the packaging material is an auxiliary material, it also occupies a decisive position, and it is impossible without it. I check the specifications and quantity of the inner and outer boxes of the package according to the plan issued by each workshop every day, and report the plan to the purchasing department for timely ordering. It is necessary to ensure the normal production of the workshop and not to waste the remaining materials. When receiving the goods, count the specifications and quantities according to the delivery note, put them in storage, and cooperate with the production tasks assigned by each workshop to ensure that the packaging materials are distributed to each workshop in time, so that the products can be packaged to the finished product warehouse in time. At the end of the month, assist manufacturers in purchasing reconciliation, do a good job in physical acceptance, and facilitate checkout. Although there are occasional emergencies, the exception is that after the packaging warehouse is moved to the fifth floor, it takes an hour and a half to get up and down the elevator every time it receives goods. This year, I experienced the first-class maintenance of Unit #2, and was responsible for the maintenance of the motor in the boiler area of Unit #2, such as the cleaning of oil stains of six fans and the maintenance of the motor of sealed fans. At first, I had no idea about the motors of these behemoths, and now I know their structures like the back of my hand. All these are attributed to the guidance of the outsourcing maintenance master, and also thank the unit for giving us such an opportunity. From the preparation of maintenance, the layout of the site, the selection of the lifting point of the motor cooler, the disassembly of the motor, the cleaning of the oil, and the final reassembly steps, all this knowledge can not be separated from the help of my colleagues. They have greatly improved my maintenance technology in this year's work, not only from the process of eliminating defects and checking, but also from my own inner moments.
