How do individuals protect their intellectual property rights?

Individuals can protect their intellectual property rights in several ways:

1, legislative protection, that is, the state gives civil subjects intellectual property rights and related spiritual interests through legislation, and gives them legally binding protection;

2, administrative protection, that is, the state administrative organs will be part of the intellectual property rights authorized to the obligee and other administrative acts;

3. Judicial protection refers to the protection of intellectual property rights through judicial channels;

4. Intellectual property protection of collective management organizations;

5. Self-relief of intellectual property rights holders or other interested parties;

Where the right to exclusive use of a registered trademark, patent right, copyright and other intellectual property rights are pledged, the pledge right shall be established at the time of pledge registration. After the pledge of property rights in intellectual property rights, the pledgor may not transfer or license others to use them, unless the pledgor and the pledgee agree through consultation. The pledgor shall pay off the debts in advance to the pledgee or deposit the price for transferring or allowing others to use the pledged intellectual property rights.
