Patent suite

Hello:

First of all, you should make it clear that you can't write "protect a technology" when applying for claims. You'd better make sure whether you want to protect a product, a method or a use. From your description, I infer that you want to protect a method that can be described in several ways. Is that so?

In this case, I suggest that you write the most special and different method from the existing technology into an independent claim, and then add its other features as the limitation of the subordinate claim to protect your method as much as possible.

If your technology can get a new product, I suggest that you protect the product mainly, supplemented by methods, and apply for two parallel independent claims in one application, so that the scope of protection can be greater.

Your instructions are also written in the technical scheme: write down the most distinctive features of your method first, and then write down the preferred methods one by one.

Note that there are no words in the attached drawings of the manual, and they are numbered by Arabic numerals (Figure 1, Figure 2). If the application for a patent for invention only protects the method but not the product, the appended drawings of the specification may be omitted.

If you don't know, please keep asking me. I hope the answer will help you.

If there are too many combinations of technical methods, try to describe the product with functional limitations (is it to protect the product or protect the method? This kind of unprotected technology)
