When I was young, I didn't hate reciting subjects, but my memory was really poor. I couldn't satisfy myself with the scores of subjects I memorized, and every time I forgot the contents of my memory, I felt deeply frustrated. Therefore, high school also chose science, because science topics can really solve hundreds of similar problems by mastering one kind of problem-solving practices without having to memorize knowledge points repeatedly.
When reviewing the objective questions, I tried my best to find out the rules of the questions, and basically didn't recite the knowledge points deliberately. The final score was
221+111 (the subjective questions scored lower, mainly sharing possible mistakes).
The effective review time of objective questions is about 5 months, and there is spare time to review during working hours, which is actually similar to that of students in school, and the final score is 221, which is estimated to be about the top 8% of the applicants
(roughly estimated according to Weibo statistics and some statistical tables of remedial classes). Personally, I think the method and review efficiency are acceptable. If there are friends like me who hate memory or have poor memory, but have good understanding and logic, they can take the time to read this article. If it helps, I feel honored.
"If a worker wants to do a good job, he must sharpen his tools first"
At first, he made a rough search for the review methods of the department examination, mainly by reading other people's experience questions on public platforms such as Zhihu and Xuefa. com, and got to know about some institutions and teachers, but after all, he was not confident enough about whether Foundation could pass the legendary China first exam, and he didn't have the idea of enrolling in classes.
Later, I searched directly on Taobao for the books on college entrance examination. I was going to buy a set of books from a counseling institution, but I was surprised to see that some shops were recommended by Jiang Sijin. Is this person a famous law professor at a university of political science and law? Otherwise, why write his recommendation? I went in and saw that the books sold were not from the same tutoring institution. So I searched the Weibo for this name, only to know that it was a master of Fakaobo. After reading his blog several times, I suddenly found that what he wrote was just a detailed study plan for a few days! I saw some article titles and thought: wonderful, that is to say, my situation is wow!
Some of these articles are rough learning methods, and some are detailed review plans. At that time, I felt that they were executable and decided to review according to these plans.
As you can see from the above picture, these plans are quite detailed, rather than telling you roughly what to review in a few days, and then when it's time for the second round. For lazy people who make detailed plans, such forms can be directly implemented.
Although I didn't keep up with the progress of this plan when I really reviewed, because my personal preference took a lot of time to understand, the progress was much slower than the schedule, but the overall review order was based on his articles.
In addition, you can try to find some review plans from the internal version of counseling institutions online, but these schedules are really slow and have no detailed explanation, which may not be very useful for on-the-job employees.
Because I am not willing to spend money to sign up for classes at the objective stage, I am still very grateful to these people who share suggestions and plans for free!
Because I didn't decide to take the exam until March, and I didn't have any foundation to speak of, and I consciously didn't remember well, I set myself a policy
"Pay more attention to understanding subjects, but ignore memorizing subjects"
This policy is suitable for people with poor memory but strong logical thinking like me, such as people with science and engineering backgrounds. Later review results really proved that this method did play a certain role.
Because there are so many subjects in the law exam, I made a cost-effective review ranking according to my personal situation, which may be more suitable for people who don't have enough time and don't like to recite things. (Not suitable for all people)
The so-called counter-argument means that the proposer has studied these well-known teachers, so the proposition and emphasis are often evaded by the proposer, and try not to believe their arguments.
This table is only my review, and it may not be suitable for everyone. Because the legal history is said to have a wide review range and the test sites are not concentrated, all C's were selected in the exam, and ABCD's were selected for multiple choices. Specific review methods and trade-offs for each subject will be introduced in the following chapters.
"Choose teachers instead of institutions"
I have seen this preparation strategy in many preparation experience stickers, and it turns out to be one of the best strategies for preparation.
table 2 personal teacher selection (may be suitable for people who are on-the-job, have zero foundation, have little time, want to be quick, and don't like repetitive teachers)
the above table is only the final choice of individuals, and it is not the optimal solution for everyone. However, I have many teachers in criminal law and civil law, so I can try to do so.
My idea is to choose different teachers for books and questions, because this way we can see different expressions and analysis of the same test center, which is conducive to repeating memory and trapping by doing questions.
Since criminal law is the first review subject, I decided to review with my teacher according to the plan shared by Jiang Sijin. I have compared the books of many teachers, and it is true that the typesetting of Mr. Bai Langtao's book is the clearest, and the contents of other teachers' books are also good, but the focus is not as prominent as that of Mr. Bai Langtao.
Mr. Bai Langtao's books use different fonts and descriptions, which is convenient to quickly locate what he wants to read, and it really plays a huge advantage in later review. However, Mr. Bai Langtao's video class may not be as outstanding as other teachers' style, so he can just read his books < P > (in fact, most teachers' intensive lectures are generally the same as the contents of the course, but in fact, they can not watch videos).
In a round of review, I listened to Jiang Sijin's criminal law reading. After listening to a few chapters for a few days, I concentrated on doing the questions for a day or two. At the beginning, I wrote teacher Bai Langtao's book, but because the introduction of criminal law itself is difficult and logical, the initial correct rate is not high, and the average correct rate may be only about 3%. Although there is some frustration, I can still feel a little comfort when I hear the tape reader say that most people's correct rate in the first round is generally not high. Later, when I did the problem, I found that it was really explained in detail by Teacher Xu Guanghua, so if I couldn't understand the problem, or if the analysis was controversial, I mainly looked at Teacher Xu Guanghua's book. Here, I suggest that you just look at Xu Yi's questions. The language is very plain and there is no deliberate use of French.
after the teacher's choice, talk about the specific learning methods.
criminal law is a subject that is very suitable for people with science and engineering background! It is strongly recommended that people who don't like endorsement must keep the correct rate of criminal law. Moreover, it is not easy to forget the criminal law after a deep understanding, so many test sites only need to learn it once, and then consolidate it by doing the questions later.
While listening to Jiang Sijin's tape reading, I wrote down the main points he said in Bai Langtao's book, because there are many examples in this book (most of which are bizarre and interesting), and I personally like to pause the recording to see and understand these examples. Basically, we should look at every example, and these examples are from simple to difficult, step by step, which makes the logical thinking of criminal law get an excellent exercise. Some examples really didn't understand, so I drew a question mark. When I come back in the later review, I will see that some of them are really enlightened!
In order to understand the logical system of criminal law, I made some charts, which are also some things I am proud of.
You must be good at using chart tools for understanding subjects!
chart > text
color > black and white
I mainly use Microsoft's Visio and
billion diagrams to make venn diagram and system diagrams, etc. These diagrams are far more useful for understanding the criminal law theory than reading the text repeatedly! In addition, I don't like to make pure black and white charts, because human beings like and remember colored things.
Looking at all the teachers' books, graphics rarely appear. Maybe it's too time-consuming to make these pictures, so I have to draw them myself.
I read books for several days and then do exercises for several days, because this can realize repeated memory, which is more in line with the forgetting curve. Listen to Xu Guanghua's free class in the evening or at rest, and of course listen to what you learned a few days ago, so as to strengthen your memory and understanding, instead of reciting it deliberately.
I do the questions on the computer (through some websites) and then take electronic notes, because this can make it easy to mark
copy
and read. This method is more suitable for people who are good at using electronic tools. In the later review, I copied the electronic notes directly into word to read, which saved time and cost.
Because it took a lot of time to understand the theory of criminal law, the first round of review took about 45 days, although it was a waste of time, when the overall cost performance was high. The first time I participated in the model test of criminal law on the website of Juexiao Education, the correct rate was above 8%. Later, I never turned over the books of criminal law, only used the model test of Juexiao to consolidate my memory, and generally maintained the correct rate of about 78% in the later period.
The study of criminal law has the effect of never forgetting anything on the basis of understanding. It is suggested that people who don't like reciting subjects should spend time studying criminal law.
I finished reading Bai Langtao's recitation book for about one day one week before the objective test, focusing on memorizing the penalty and the number of crimes (only these two need to be memorized deliberately), and then I read the summary notes, but there was no second round of review in general. However, during the examination, it was found that the objective questions of criminal law in 218 are relatively simple, and it is estimated that there may be years of age, and the difficulty of the questions in 219 may increase.
This year, the objective topic of criminal law examines many repeated test sites of last year, such as the time effect of judicial interpretation, analogical interpretation or extended interpretation of a case (this example has been seen in Bai Langtao's book
is an old knowledge point), courier stealing (or an old example in many teachers' books). Generally speaking, this year's criminal law questions may be deliberately reduced in difficulty, and it is possible that the difficulty of criminal law will increase next year, and the cost performance will decline.
Meng Xiangui's books and his excellent lectures are used in civil law, because his classes are free of nonsense, with more work and prominent focus, which is more suitable for people who want to take a crash course.
There are many technical terms in civil law. The first few classes are the slang language of Cheng Quan scheduled period and other foreigners. At first, they really had a headache. They could only attend classes with a little knowledge, take notes and didn't do problems. Later, I insisted on listening to the class and found that these terms appeared repeatedly in the course. After gradually forming the civil law system, I had a certain understanding. Although I didn't understand all the connotations until the exam, it was enough to do the questions.
The similarity between civil law and criminal law is that understanding occupies a large part, but the characteristics of reciting are also obvious, and many things need to be memorized, so if the memory is really bad, the cost performance of this subject is not as good as that of criminal law.
Another feature of civil law is that the topic is long, and the topic is a complex example, and the effect of doing the topic is > reading books and listening to lectures. So it is very important to find a detailed title book. I compared the books of the first-line civil law teachers, and finally decided to use Mr. Fang Zhiping's book. His book has several characteristics < P > Because Mr. Fang's writing can be regarded as verbose, those who like to look at the key points can ignore all his analysis, but they still have to read the forgotten knowledge points again to realize repeated memory.
The civil law system is huge, and the late forgetfulness is very serious. Therefore, only reading Meng Xiangui's books can make most of the regular test sites right, and those who want to get high marks can read other teachers' books.
The study of civil law is also the same as that of criminal law. Read books and do exercises before reading. Try to use charts to make the problem easier to understand.
In addition, Li Jianwei's courses are recommended as entertainment programs, because its Mandarin is not standard and may be suitable for northerners. Li Jianwei's doctoral supervisor is really a person with a high level of business. Because of his high status, he doesn't directly talk about topics and test sites. However, he strongly recommends listening to his intensive lectures on incomprehensible knowledge points, and the lectures are quite interesting (the techniques are a bit like cross talk or talk show). Of course, Lao Zhong's lessons can also be listened to as entertainment programs (like chicken soup for the soul), but these teachers are wordy for people who don't have enough time and are not recommended as the first choice.
After reading the Civil Law in about 45 days, I didn't feel much time, so I didn't review the Civil Law in the second round. I just spent a day reading Meng Xiangui's recitation before the exam. During the examination, I found that many topics of civil law could not be remembered, and some topics were really bizarre. Generally speaking, it was not cost-effective to review for a long time.
These three categories are all procedural laws, but the difficulty of the topics is quite different.
The review of each subject is about half a month. Try to use thin handouts and courses instead of intensive lectures.
Because I don't have much time in the later period, I concentrate on listening to one subject and then start the next subject while doing the questions of the previous subject intermittently, so as to realize repeated memory.
I have to say that I do remember.
