The air fryer was invented by David H. mcfadden of Bocsev Technology Co., Ltd. Patented in 26. The working principle of air fryer is high-speed air circulation technology, which generates hot air by heating the heat pipe inside the machine at high temperature, and then blows the high-temperature air into the pot with a fan to heat the food, so that the hot air circulates in a closed space, and the food is fried by using the grease of the food itself, so that the food is dehydrated and the surface becomes golden and crisp, and the frying effect is achieved.
Precautions for use of air fryer
Before use, pay attention to thoroughly clean the frying basket and frying pan with hot water, detergent and non-abrasive sponge, and then wipe the inside and outside of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Pay attention to put the air fryer on a stable, horizontal and flat surface, and insert the plug into a grounded power socket.
Generally, the air fryer needs to be preheated for 5 minutes. If the food is put in without preheating, it will affect the taste of the food and even cause the pan to stick. Some ingredients need to be turned in the middle of cooking to avoid sticking to the pot. Clean the air fryer immediately after each use, so as not to form stubborn stains that cannot be cleaned.
