1. 1.8 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. University degree in science and engineering or equivalent;
3. Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
4. Engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years.
Graduation of science and engineering majors in colleges and universities refers to obtaining college degree or above in science and engineering recognized by the state.
Economics belongs neither to Neo-Confucianism nor to engineering, but to humanities and social sciences. In the college entrance examination, economics majors are basically liberal arts students. So economics has nothing to do with science and engineering.
