The precision of the competition bullet is high, the first machining error is very small, and the second warhead design is different.
Take the famous Lapa ammunition in Finland as an example. The warhead adopts Lapa's patented bottom lock bullet, that is, bottom lock bullet. Generally, the edge of the bottom of the fully armored projectile is only slightly inward, and it can be pressed with a mold. However, the disadvantage of this structure is that the error of the center of mass and coaxiality of the projectile is large, which also has a great influence on the accuracy of the projectile. The tail edge of the projectile is tightened as far as possible to the center, leaving only a small round mouth, slightly exposing the lead core. Therefore, the consistency between the center of mass and the coaxiality of the projectile is high.
As for the cartridge case, if compared with the ordinary military bomb, it will be found that the workmanship is much more meticulous, and the nickel plating on the primer surface can reduce the friction at the moment of firing and help improve the accuracy.
As for the price, the competition bombs are also divided into different grades. The one I know is 10 yuan 1, and the same model of American bombs is about 1 yuan (RMB). The same model of domestic bombs is estimated to be around 0.7 yuan.
