Article 4 After the proposal is completed, it shall be sent to the personnel manager by mail or in person.
Article 5 If the content of a proposal is biased towards criticism, or there are no specific improvement or innovation measures, or the proposal is not named, the personnel manager may consider the content incomplete and refuse to submit it for deliberation. If there is a real name, the personnel manager should euphemistically endorse the original proposal according to the facts.
Article 6 In order to review employee proposal cases, the Company has established an employee proposal review committee (hereinafter referred to as the review committee), with the heads of all employee units as ex officio members and the business meeting manager as the convener. When necessary, after consultation with the convener, the manager of human resources department may invite the person in charge of the organizer related to the proposal to attend.
Article 7 The functions of the audit committee are as follows:
(1) Review of buildings proposed by employees.
(2) Matters concerning the formulation of evaluation criteria for cases suggested by employees.
(3) Discussion on the amount of bonus to be filed.

Article 8 After receiving the proposal, the personnel department shall immediately send it to the convener of the audit committee and submit it to the audit committee for deliberation within three days after receiving the proposal. Except in special circumstances, the deliberation of the audit committee mentioned in the preceding paragraph may be extended to 30 days, and the deliberation shall be completed within five days from the date of receipt by the convener of the audit committee.
Article 9 The suggestions made by the employees of the Company shall be rewarded in any of the following circumstances:

(IV) Put forward specific suggestions to improve the company's rules and regulations and measures, which will help to improve operating efficiency.
(5) Put forward suggestions for improvement of the company's operating methods, procedures and statements, which can reduce costs, simplify operations and improve work efficiency.
(6) Submit a research report with adoption value or effect on the research and development of the company's future operation.
Article 10 The reward standard mentioned in the preceding article shall be determined by the members of the Audit Committee according to the evaluation items in the Evaluation Form of Employee Proposals, and then the grade and bonus amount shall be determined according to the total average score in the following table. Article 12 If the proposal is approved by the Audit Committee and can be adopted and implemented in the company, the convener of the Audit Committee and the personnel manager shall, within three days after the approval of the Audit Committee, specify in detail the name of the sponsor, the content of the proposal, the possible contribution to the company after the implementation of the proposal, the approval level, the bonus amount and the reasons, and submit it to the management meeting for reconsideration, and then the general manager will approve it. However, if the grade determined by the Audit Committee is below the fourth grade, the bonus can be paid according to the grade after the resolution of the Audit Committee. After reconsideration at the management meeting, it is considered that it can be rated as 10 and submitted to the chairman for approval.
Article 13 In order to avoid the subjective impression of the IEC members on the recommender and affect the fairness of the evaluation results, the personnel manager shall keep the name of the recommender confidential and shall not disclose it before the IEC evaluates the proposal.

Article 17 The Personnel Department shall notify the original sponsor of the final handling of the employee's proposal, and shall be responsible for filing whether the employee's proposal is adopted or not. The approved award proposal shall be praised in the bulletin board of the company and the second part of the monthly report.
