Request for required materials:
1, request for priority examination of invention patent application. The written request shall be examined by the intellectual property offices of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, with opinions signed and official seals affixed.
2. Search for reports. A search report in a prescribed format issued by a unit with patent search conditions, or a search report and examination results issued by a patent examination institution in other countries or regions and its Chinese translation.
Second, the conditions for requesting priority review.
1, a patent application that can request priority examination.
(1) Important patent applications involving energy conservation and environmental protection, new generation information technology, biology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, new energy vehicles and other technical fields;
(2) Important patent applications involving low-carbon technologies, resource conservation and other contributions to green development;
(3) The first patent application filed in China and the first patent application filed in other countries or regions on the same subject;
(four) other patent applications that are of great significance to the national interests or public interests and need priority examination.
2. Conditions of the request
(1) An application for a patent for invention requesting priority examination shall be an electronic application. If the patent application is a paper application, the paper application shall be converted into an electronic application.
(2) The patent application shall have started the substantive examination procedure.
