Legal analysis: the identification standard of high-level talents in Hangzhou

Class A: Top talents at home and abroad

Top talents at home and abroad: academicians, outstanding talents of the national ten thousand people plan and other honors;

Class b: national leading talents

National leading talents: national first prize; Chairman and general manager of Fortune 500.

Class c: provincial leading talents

Provincial leading talents: national second prize; Provincial first prize; Chairman and General Manager of China Top 500.

Class d: municipal leading talents

Provincial and ministerial second prize for municipal leading talents; Gao Zheng or special technician+related professional and technical conditions, topics, etc.; Chairman and general manager of the provincial and ministerial top 100 list;

Class e: senior talents

High school, subtropical high school or senior technician+related professional and technical conditions, topics and scientific research projects, and obtained authorized patents; Management talents of enterprises above designated size in Hangzhou; Obtaining municipal honors or holding certificates such as registered financial analysts, actuaries and securities sponsors; Hangzhou core technical personnel (refers to the company's technical director and chief engineer); Have a doctorate; Have a doctorate.

Those who work in the employing units in our city (excluding provincial and directly affiliated units in Hangzhou) are loyal to the motherland, abide by the Constitution and laws, have innovative scientific spirit and good professional ethics, and meet the requirements of Class A, B, C, D and E specified in the Catalogue of High-level Talents in Hangzhou (see Annex 3 for details, the same below), and can apply for the classification and identification of high-level talents in our city through their employers.
