Transmission patent

Any country or contracting state may file an international application for PCT residents. In most cases, international applications can be submitted to the National Bureau, which will act as the PCT acceptance bureau. In addition, the international bureau may choose the receiving office as the national and resident of all PCT contracting States.

The international application is valid, subject to the date of international application. Among these PCT contracting countries, the applicant applied for a national patent in the designated country. After owning these PCT contracting States, the regional patent treaties and regional patent applications as one party are affected, so as to designate regional patents for them.

Some international application standards stipulated in the patent cooperation treaty. It is acceptable to prepare international applications according to these standards. As long as it is because of the requirements of different countries or regions, subsequent modifications (and related expenses) will become necessary. No country's laws may require provisions or supplements related to form or content? For those provided in PCT international application.

There is only one set of fees, and if the preparation and international application occur, they are paid in one currency and the office. Payment of state fees to designated offices has been delayed. The cost that the country has to pay is much later than filling the traditional Paris Convention.

The fees paid by the international application acceptance bureau include three main contents.

-Pay the delivery fee for the work in the receiving office.

-Pay search fees for the work of international search agencies.

-International expenses, including the work of the International Bureau
