[Activity Guide]
First, the activity preparation
1, the school leadership meeting sent a notice to teachers and students, explaining the significance and importance of this competition.
2. According to the characteristics of students in vocational colleges, our school takes students in Grade One and Grade Two (Grade Three has gone to social practice this semester) as the main participants, and selects some students with active thinking and strong creative ability as the main training objects. Class as a unit, each class selects 10 students, recommended by the class teacher.
6 1 Take the class as a unit, choose two professional teachers as tutors for 10 students, organize tutors to study and train, learn the requirements of patented inventions, and write applications.
6 1 train students in each class 10 through lectures and classes.
Second, the activity process design
1. As the tutor of this competition, I actively responded to the arrangement of the school leaders and gave full play to my intelligence. I coached 10 students in Class 2 (3) to complete the process of invention and creation: students first gave their specific ideas to their teachers, and then the teachers selected ideas from them, and both teachers and students studied together in their spare time, using patent websites to query information and reserve feasible creative works.
2. While mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers and students, the school invited the leaders of Shunde Patent Association to give lectures to teachers and students, so that tutors and students can clearly understand the purpose of the competition, master the operation methods and participate in the design of the competition with the highest enthusiasm.
3. Students complete the patent application on April 20th, and the tutor reports the recent problems and achievements to the person in charge; On April 2 1-23, the electronic reading room and computer room were opened, and the tutor guided the students to conduct online patent search; On April 24th and 25th, the school screened out some creative patent applications and submitted them to the organizers.
Award scheme: for the works that can be selected by the school to participate in the competition in the district, each person's ideological and moral character will be added with 10; For the short-listed and award-winning works in the district, in addition to the district award, the school will also give certain material rewards, with 15-20 points for each winner; In addition, schools should affirm the labor achievements of tutors and give material rewards to teachers who have been rewarded for tutoring students. What is important is spiritual encouragement, such as issuing certificates.
Three. Matters needing attention in activities
1, let students know the importance of the contest, teach them some methods of invention and creation, provide students with a vast space for independent creation, and come up with some unexpected ideas that can be applied to social production practice.
When students have some strange ideas, the tutor should not laugh at them, but should pay attention to guiding them to improve and transform and make a transition to invention and creation. For ideas that can be put into practice, we should immediately agree to adopt them, and teachers and students should jointly complete the writing of patent applications.
[activity summary]
1, this competition, our school management measures in place, scientific, and achieved the third place in the region (second in the senior high school group) good results. Main performance: 1) Leaders attach great importance to it. From beginning to end, the principal and the director personally gave guidance, and specially arranged several computer rooms for special training. 2) Four-level management with clear responsibilities. The first level: the vice president is the first person in charge, making external contact and collecting contest materials; Second floor: the director of the training office is the second person in charge, responsible for the overall organization and management of the activities. The third floor: two teachers with experience in invention and creation are competition instructors, who are responsible for training teachers and students and contacting superior leaders. The fourth layer: tutors and class teachers, who are responsible for training and tutoring students and doing ideological work for them.
2. The purpose of the competition is clear, students actively participate, and teachers are highly motivated. By the end of April, our school * * * had received hundreds of applications written by students, 45 of which were selected by the school and finally entered the competition in the region, including 15 patents. In the process of tutoring students, the tutor is careful and patient, and makes clear his responsibilities. Individual students can't write applications, and teachers have enough patience to guide students to complete them.
In the process of tutoring students, the tutors in our school can be a model and be selfless. The main target of this competition is students in vocational colleges, not teachers. For some students' incomplete, scattered, but creative ideas, the tutor does not care about personal gains and losses, and guides students to complete their works without reservation. For students who have strange ideas and can't complete the task, the tutor will not laugh at them, but be a teacher and let his students learn and improve in the activities.
From this contest, it is found that there are some' strange' talents in vocational middle schools. Although they are not very good at cultural classes, they have great creative potential and strong hands-on ability. If these students are discovered, they will be a group of intangible "assets" in social production and create value for society.
