Shanghai Landsea Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Lujiazui Functional Zone, Pudong, Shanghai in 2008. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landsea Group and is a member of Landsea Group. In February 2010, Landsea established an R&D design institute in Shanghai with Class A design qualification. Since its establishment, Landsea Technology has gradually formed a team of high-quality talents with independent R&D and design capabilities and complete professional distribution. Landsea commits to spend no less than 2% of the group’s sales on technology research and development each year.
