Some time ago, the "six campus bloody cases in 50 days" from the outside world shocked the Chinese people. With the repeated instructions of the central leadership and the joint efforts of local governments, public security, education and other departments, such violent incidents have come to an end, but violent incidents from within the campus are still emerging one after another. Moreover, it is difficult to prevent these violent incidents from inside the campus, because these "perpetrators" are on campus and get along with the victims day and night, which cannot be prevented by external prevention. For a long time, students' ideological and moral education and mental health education have been the theme of school work. Regrettably, the exam-oriented education under the cover of the slogan of quality education has continuously weakened students' ideological and moral education and mental health education. As we all know, the ultimate goal of education is to educate people, not just to let students finish their studies, go to college or find jobs. However, students' ideological and moral education and mental health education are a systematic educational project, which cannot be solved by one person or one school. However, as educators, we can still start from ourselves and do a good job of teaching students. Because never complaining can't solve any problems.
Everyone must remember the sensational "Ma Jiajue Incident" in 2004. Ma Jiajue was once an excellent student, but his heart was so dark and his crimes were so heinous. Recently, I searched the internet for reports and analysis comments on this incident, in order to enlighten the successive campus violence incidents today. I sorted out some information I collected and wanted to lead the class teacher to study and think together at the class teacher training meeting.

1. People have both good and evil. We should know how to guard against the evil in human nature. If people want to maximize their interests, they need to do some self-discipline. Therefore, in daily life, everyone has made a lot of efforts to promote good and suppress evil, so we will not easily see the evil side of human nature. There are many ways to avoid this evil. The simplest thing is to get out of the exciting environment immediately, and never make a decision when you are emotional. Of course, this alone is far from enough, and it is necessary to fundamentally solve the problem.
2. This is related to Ma Jiajue's excessive "blasphemy" tendency. De-sanctification is a psychological concept, which means that people, especially teenagers, doubt the existence of values and virtues because they see too many cheating behaviors in their lives or because they are frustrated in their lives. They don't want to listen to anyone's advice and don't believe that there are precious, sacred and eternal things in life. Due to the excessive tendency of "blasphemy", one of the most basic and healthy instincts of human beings has been lost: compassion himself has lost his last chance and has become inevitable by accident. A person often despises the lives of others because he doesn't know how to cherish his own life, and eventually destroys himself.
3. Ma Jiajue has no principles and bottom line ethics. Having bottom line ethics helps to form moral anxiety, that is, when considering whether to hurt others, people will have strong worries, fears and anxieties. This feeling can often effectively stop a person's evil deeds.
I don't know how to help myself constructively. People should establish the concept of helping themselves constructively and make themselves enter a virtuous circle of solving problems. Therefore, if a person takes anti-social behavior on the grounds of poverty, he will choose to be hurt by poverty and social injustice for the second time. 5. Lack of some basic personality characteristics conducive to people's healthy development. 6. Students lack the most basic knowledge of self-protection. When people get along with each other, if there are contradictions, we must seek truth from facts and never turn over old scores. This is the easiest way to anger the other party, especially not to poke the pain points of others, which is the easiest way to make others angry and furious.
7. Ma Jiajue lacks a social support system. Everyone objectively has some natural social support systems, such as parents, teachers and leaders. They all have the basic obligation to support us. If a person has a good interpersonal relationship, his relatives and friends will be willing to support him when he needs it.
Ma Jiajue said in his confession that they all said I was strange, and told others some of my living habits, lifestyle and even some privacy, which made me feel completely exposed in others' eyes, and others were laughing at me.
In this regard, Professor Jiang Ganjin of Zhejiang University believes that although Ma Jiajue has various defects in personality, it is biased for the whole social group to attach importance to and emphasize only one value. For example, in the 1980s, everyone rushed to do business in the sea, thinking that having money meant realizing the value of life. This leads people to accept and respect only the rich, but look down on the poor and rural people, thus ignoring the inner feelings of these people, not accepting each other and treating them as aliens. It is this accumulation of unhealthy psychological stimulation that provides Ma Jiajue with the soil to hate others. Students should respect differences and learn to appreciate uniqueness. When individuals are isolated, excluded and discriminated in a group, their behavior is impulsive. Indifference and hostility produce a sense of escape. Society is pluralistic, so we should learn to respect differences. This concept should be educated and infiltrated from an early age. Without this kind of education, once something goes wrong, anti-social behavior will increase.
In view of such problems, parents and teachers should teach their children to listen to different voices and learn to respect people with different values.
I think of a foreign mother who taught her children that no matter what you do in the future, there is no high or low in her eyes. Even washing dishes, as long as you do it with your heart and think that you are serving others, your life is valuable.
