Jiang Jianguo's research achievements

Mainly engaged in the study of isozyme population genetics, aquatic biology, ecology, environmental toxicology, and b- carotene metabolic pathway of Dunaliella salina. He has published more than 60 papers in important journals at home and abroad, including 20 papers in SCI and 4 papers in EI (online edition). Among them, the academic paper "Isozymes and Their Kinship of Four Big Fish in China" won the Excellent Paper Award for Scientific and Technological Research Achievements in China in the Ninth Five-Year Plan. In addition, two national patents have been applied for and obtained.

In recent years, as the project leader, he has presided over a number of vertical science and technology projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Project 1, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Project 2, and the Guangdong Provincial Key Research Project 1. The main scientific and technological projects are as follows

(1), Study on Secondary Metabolic Pathway and Synthetic Mechanism of β -carotene in Dunaliella salina, supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China; Kaoyangji

(2) The key scientific and technological project of Guangdong Province "Study on β -carotene production by Dunaliella salina in photosynthetic bioreactor"; take part in the Postgraduate Admission Test

(3) A new technology for identification of denatured DNA markers in drinking water, supported by Guangdong Natural Science Foundation; No.48

(4) Cloning and efficient expression of β -carotene metabolic pathway in Dunaliella salina, supported by Guangdong Natural Science Foundation.

The main academic achievements of the above research work are as follows:

(1), the culture of Dunaliella salina and the extraction, separation and identification of β -carotene were systematically established, and the effects of temperature, salinity and N/P ratio on the growth, β -carotene content and various biochemical components of Dunaliella salina were studied. The effects of various stress conditions on the production of b-carotene by Dunaliella salina were discussed theoretically, and the best conditions of various factors affecting the growth and accumulation of b-carotene of Dunaliella salina were obtained, and the best two-step culture process was obtained, which proved that this process was superior to direct culture. special

(2) The secondary metabolic pathway of β -carotene in Dunaliella salina was studied, and the reason of high accumulation of β -carotene in Dunaliella salina was discussed theoretically, and important results were obtained. The gene sequence of phytoene synthase from Dunaliella salina was obtained for the first time in the world, and the national invention patent was applied.

(3) The development of 10L photobioreactor was completed, which proved that the efficiency of producing b-carotene was much higher than that of cultivating Dunaliella salina in situ. Apply for a national utility model patent; study

(4) Biological detection of three pollutants (carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic) in drinking water was carried out. Taking Dunaliella salina as the test organism, the toxicological tests of Dunaliella salina at the cellular and molecular levels were carried out by using typical mutagenic pollutants, and the dose parameters of various mutagens to the organism were obtained.

(5) New biological indicators SPV and CPV were established at the community level, and CPV with SPV as the indicator can reflect the water quality more objectively. The establishment of SPV and CPV makes the quantification of the national standard "Water Quality-Microflora -PFU Law" published by the State Environmental Protection Agency more perfect;

(6) Establish a population genetics research method based on the similarity of isozymes. special
