Patent correction process (electronic application):
Open the CPC client;
Click "Reply for correction", or you can make corrections through "Active submission", but you need to create new application information yourself, so it is recommended to make corrections through "Reply for correction";
Enter "application number" or "notice" to find the case information and make corrections;
Fill in the "correction book";
Submit relevant attachments, mainly including: modified original replacement page, modified control page, etc. , depending on the requirements of the rectification notice.
