How does the enterprise handle the time required for patent application?

After filing a patent application, it can be put into the market for sale, but it cannot be completely protected before authorization. For an invention application, the user may be required to use the invention within the period after the application date and before authorization, but it is not illegal for the other party to pay the fee. If the other party continues to use it after authorization, it can bring a lawsuit against it.

Simply put, the patent right only exists after authorization, otherwise it is not available. But for commercial purposes, it is ok to put it on the market after application, and it will take some time for others to copy it.
