4, the main creative planning demonstration

(1) Three Kinds of Seven Industrial Systems

Based on the analysis of the background, limitations and development status of the traditional three-time industrial division method, it is pointed out that the new industrial division method should be based on the theory of sustainable development. Based on the three production theories, this paper puts forward three kinds of industrial division system, which can be divided into seven periods at present: first, material industry, including primary agriculture, secondary industry and tertiary service industry; The second category is human industry, including the fourth information industry and the fifth knowledge industry; The third category is environmental industry, including the sixth resource reuse industry and the seventh ecological maintenance industry. (2) Industrial system of circular economy

The core of circular economy is the circular flow of materials between industries and between industries and environment. To develop circular economy in specific industries and enterprises, it is necessary to clarify the industries related to material circulation and their relationships. In order to distinguish the relationship between traditional economic industries and avoid the misunderstanding of using traditional industrial theory to guide the construction of circular economy, the concepts of industrial system and circular economy industrial system are put forward. The whole of several industries related to a certain production factor is called industrial system, and the industrial system linked with the circular relationship of material factors is called circular economy industrial system. To develop circular economy on the basis of traditional (linear) economy, it is necessary to rationally regulate human behavior according to ecological principles, and focus on strengthening the environmental industry of waste recycling, so as to coordinate it with material industry and human industry. Industrial system is the development of the concept of industrial structure, and circular economy industrial system is an important part of circular economy theory and construction. Constructing the theoretical system of circular economy and issuing relevant laws, regulations and industrial policies are the key points of circular economy construction. (3) About three natural objects

All substances in nature, including human beings, can be collectively called natural objects, among which the products of interaction between human beings and nature are called artificial objects, and natural objects unrelated to human behavior are called natural objects. On the basis of dividing natural objects into human beings, natural objects and artificial objects, this paper discusses the interaction between them, especially the position and function of artificial objects in them, so as to establish the methodological basis of the harmonious relationship between man and nature.
