What behaviors are misleading false representations of commodity quality?

The act of unfair competition with false commodity marks refers to the act of forging or fraudulently using quality marks such as certification marks and brand-name marks on commodities, forging the place of origin and making misleading false representations about the quality of commodities in violation of the provisions of Item (4) of Article 5 of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law. According to the provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Province, misleading false representations made by business operators on commodities or their packaging include: (1) forging or fraudulently using quality marks such as certification marks and brand-name marks, and using cancelled quality marks; (2) Forging or marking patent marks and using invalid patent numbers; (3) Forging or fraudulently using the quality inspection certificate, license number, production license number or producer; (four) forgery or fraudulent use of goods production, manufacturing and processing sites; (5) Falsely expressing the performance, use, specification, grade, quantity, manufacturing ingredients and content of the commodity; (6) Forging or vaguely marking the production date, safe use period and expiration date of commodities; (seven) the contents that should be marked on the goods and their packages are not marked as required.
