How to remove the bearings of the wall breaker

Cold disassembly and hot disassembly.

1. Cold disassembly: For smaller bearings, you can use a punch to gently tap the side of the bearing ring to remove it from the shaft. You can also use a mechanical puller to apply the pull on the inner ring or adjacent components to eject the bearing. The shaft shoulder and bearing seat hole shoulder are reserved with grooves or threaded holes that can accommodate the puller's grip, which can simplify the disassembly process.

2. Hot disassembly: For the inner ring of needle roller bearings or specific types of cylindrical roller bearings, the hot disassembly method is suitable. Common heating tools include heating rings and adjustable induction heaters. Heated rings are used for mounting and dismounting the inner rings of small and medium-sized bearings of the same size. The heating ring is made of light alloy with radially slotted and electrically insulated handles. The adjustable induction heater is suitable for frequent disassembly of inner rings of different diameters and can quickly heat the inner ring without making the shaft hot. For the inner rings of large cylindrical roller bearings, special fixed induction heaters can be used.
